Get Dressed for an Interview in Indianwear

I had an interview to go to today and on the way back thought about doing an outfit post coz while getting ready I had to go through a big pile of clothes to decide what is interview appropriate without being too boring. Also I wanted to wear indianwear rather than Shirts and trousers. So keeping it simple I paired a Kurta with Pants in the most neutral color for winter thats right my friends... BLACK!!

Bangalore Flower Festival

Take a trip along with me to the 200th flower festival at Lal Bagh in Bengaluru. This was my first trip to Bengalore's botanical garden and i have to stress on how beautiful they are. I have lived my whole life in Chandigarh so was quite use to visiting gardens but have to admit Bangalore gardens have a diferent charm to them. 

This replica of the Mysore palace is completely made with Roses and was spectacular!!

loved this tyre pot display. The colours are just sooo bright !!

The flowers were beautiful and the weather was also good. All in all had a nice time.

M.A.C. Girl about Town

So, I made a new year resolution mid year to get 1 MAC lipstick a month to build on my lipstick collection. This Months purchase is Girl About Town. I'll do a review and swatches in another post but just wanted to share how lovely this color is ...

 Like a new found love (though i can say that for a lotta shades from MAC ;) )

My purpose behind staring this blog is to evolve my own personal style along with documenting my life. fashion has always been dear to me but of late i have been a little careless towards my style, hopefully this blog will bring some good fashion sense back into me again.

To Mysore

This is a photo dairy of my trip to mysore over the weekend. The drive was amazing once we were out of bangalore, the scenery was beautiful with coconut tress and huge rocks. We visited the Mysore Palace, the Zoo (i just love the zoo), the temple on Chamundi Hills and the Brindawan Gardens. 

All in all had a gr8 weekend :)
